Just checked my exam results. I've got two A- this time, one for English and another for Malaysian Media History, and A for IT! Oh well, didn't feel like we did much for this semester's English.
And for the new time table for our final semester, we have 5 subjects. And all classes start at 8am every single day!!! Can't sleep in any more. >.< At least we're off on Fridays, as usual! LOL
And now...my new toy!!!

Finally!!! We're all free of projects and assignments!!! Today is the last day of class for Semester 2. Finals are on the week after next! Scary how time flies...
Twisted Ollie, our movie screening on Tuesday, was umm...okay in some ways, and a disaster in other ways. The whole shooting was insane!!! Never ever do a movie without professional assistance and experience! The lucky draw was good, everyone was happy with their prizes, especially the ones who got the hampers!
Yesterday, Qiki, Nabilah and I agreed to participate in another group's project. We joined a competition where we have to do a commercial to promote English. We totally forgot to practice before this although we knew about this a week ago. And everyone was rushing to finish our Webpage using Microsoft FrontPage. We didn't have class yesterday.
We only started practicing minutes before the event, and that was also when we asked them to make our group the last to go. So, we rushed to the event 30 minutes later, did a quick run through outside the Lecture Theatre. Nabilah came up with a brillliant idea. It was our turn, we went, we did it, we got it over with, ran to the Courtyard to support another group of our classmates doing another event, ran back to the LT for prize-giving.
And guess what? We won 2nd prize! LOL Although there were only 5 teams, but still! 2nd place!!! XD We didn't even have any props. We got lots of A-Cut-Above vouchers XD and cash!!! Must go treat ourselves with a big meal after these few hectic weeks! >.<
Last night, few of us went to Ms. Ammie Khoo's house to give her a surprise. It was her birthday!!! We bought her a pair of really cool Nike shoes. It's soooo nice!!! Hope she likes it, and hope she had fun!!! It was so funny hiding from her in the living room, while waiting for her to finish showering. Uncle GK, her dad, really knows how to cover up man! LOL "Ammie, can we have a moment with you, please?" LOL!
Anyway, guess where I went over the weekend? I went to Sungai Klah Hotsprings Park, Perak!!! It was awesomeeeeeeeeeee...will post up pictures tomorrow, don't worry!
Next week's our study break! And I finally don't have to come to college on a Friday!!!!!!!
Wait for my Sungai Klah pictures tomorrow!

8TV was at our college yesterday to promote the Ultimate Prom Nite. Nabilah, Qiki, Daren and Amir decided to join, in running for the Prom King and Prom Queen of Malaysia. Winners will get RM10,000 cash and a chance to appear on 8TV Quickie. Vote for them!!!
I didn't wanna join because I can't talk in front of the camera. Shy leh...HEHE. So the NIVEA team gave them a free make-up session and a few photo shoots. It was so funny seeing them getting make-up, especially the guys!
We weren't supposed to be in college yesterday because of some conference going on Eastin Hotel. Classes for the whole School of Communication were cancelled. But we went because we had to continue shooting our movie. >.<
And Adam, whom we saw at Ruums KL was there too. =P
 Picture from Qiki's blog.
One more thing...FACEBOOK IS AWESOME!!! XD Who needs Friendster now??? I totally forgot about my Neopets the past few days. Haha.

We started shooting our movie this week. Yesterday, we had to go all the way to KL to look for a traditional looking church for one of our scenes. Before that, we stopped by Subang Parade to get some stuff and Fun Costume Shop to get costumes. We went crazy in the costume shop. All jakun-ing in there. LOL Too bad we didn't have enough time to try everything. When we return the costumes on Friday, we will have plenty of time!!! XD
 In Toys 'R' Us...
We found a some what medium-sized guitar
XD Amir look so Reggae, LOL

 Hehehe...

Too bad I can't pull of the same look >.<
 Goldilocks!
 =__="

 Guess who's the middle one...
In KL, we found the beautiful church in front of the big KTM Station, but guess what? We stalled there for quite a while because we were thinking whether or not to continue the shooting, there was no one there, but the church doors were open. So we went in and got ready.
We went round the huge compound, walking under the rain, looking for people to ask permission. When we were gonna start shooting, the pastors came back. We asked permission, and they didn't allow the shooting. =( It was the oldest and most beautiful church in the country! They didn't allow any photography or filming because some people abused it before this.
So we went round KL, went into St. John's church. But again, couldn't find people. Went to the KTM Station, didn't allow us to shoot there. So we had no choice but to go back to college.
At least we had some scenes shot today, but not as much as we planned. Brought them to church to shoot the first scene. And for those of you who are wondering what this is about...

Haven't been updating in a while. I've been going on little outings for the past few days, finally! For starters...
BOWLING.
It was a free Friday. So we didn't have YF at church. Went for bowling at Summit with my Cell Group members. We had to decide between Steamboat at Yuen and bowling. But we chose bowling instead, 'cause Yuen is too crowded.
Had so much fun! Although they 'claim' to be first time bowlers, they were pretty good! HAHA. I, on the other hand, lost my 'skill'. No strikes, and barely a few spares. =( Met up with Caxton and Jon Loh's CG there as well.
 Sapphira, Sap Sap!
Fuiyo! We played two games. She started out with the lowest score among us, and ended with the highest!!!
Pink balls!!! I didn't choose them on purpose, they were the lightest available. HEHE.
 Go Jade! Go Charis!
 Kenny
Melissa got a spare I think, LOL *jumps for joy*
Our score, can't really see though. Guess which "J" was mine!
Kevin, feeling miserable looking our the girls' score. Awwww...
Lick Hung 6B/2001 Reunion.
Finally we had a reunion. It all started when a few of us tagged Jue Liene's board. I was pestering them to have a reunion. And so we did! LOL We gathered at Sunway Pyramid's McDonald's. I expected very few people because it was kind of a last minute thing. Then, quite a number came. Which was good! I didn't have much problem recognizing them though. LOL
So everyone had lots of catching up to do. Like, how was secondary school, how was SPM, where you studying now, etc. But because we haven't seen each other for such a long time, we don't really have much to talk about. Unlike gatherings with our secondary school mates. But thank God we had Han Xin there to hype up everything. (To Han Xin: I don't know what CAT did to you, but you're really hyper now!)
Then some of the guys went to the arcade to finish some game, Ying Wei's idea lah! =__=" Decided to watch Hairspray at first, but in the end we didn't. HAIH. Although I really really wanted to watch that movie, but I'm glad we changed our mind. A few of us went to RedBox! Some had to go home early, and some were still at the arcade. And sang our hearts out! I couldn't count how many songs we selected, but it was a lot! Including all the oldies, like Bee Gees, Air Supply. =__= I wonder whooooo chose them.
The best one we sang was It's My Life - Bon Jovi, LOL Everyone sang like nobody's business. HAHA. I had a blast! We should have gatherings more often okay people? But next time go for mamak!

- An apple a day, keeps the doctor away -
I want an Apple Mac!!! >.<
Ms. Thong let us use the Macs in the iLab for lecture today. We played around with the Macs. I knew the Macs were cool, but I didn't know they were that cool! We composed our own music using the "Garage Band". Very few of us are musically trained, so you can imagine how much noise we made! There were pianos, guitars, drums, techno, and etc. Ms. Thong got kinda irretated. XD
We learn how to design DVDs menus as well. So cool!!! We could use that idea for our upcoming movie. LOL And I was finally able to play a video of the Hillsong Conference 2007 opening. I couldn't play it at first because it was in M4V format. I was finally able to watch it!!! XDDDD The theme this year was Amazing Grace. Marty Sampson, Jad Gillies and Chris Tomlin sang their own version of Amazing Grace. It was awesome!
That's all for today...And 'til next time...
I want an Apple Mac!!! >.<

Semester 4 Diploma in Communication students had their Project PHUNK launch today. PHUNK (pronounced as funk) stands for Providing Hospis Understanding N' 'Kare'. Official blog: http://www.project-phunk.blogspot.com/
Nabilah and I attended the official launch of this project before class today. There were media and special guests there.
Christien and Lavin, celebrity couple. Lavn is so pretty in person! Can't believe they have already had three kids!!! I heard they attend Glad Tidings church...
 Belinda Chee...
and...*drumrolls*...
Deborah Henry, Miss Malaysia/World 2007!!! She is tall and G.O.R.G.E.O.U.S. She's of Indian and Irish parentage. So cool! Wanted to take a picture with her but we had to rush to class, presentation. >.< HAIHHHHH....
The Diploma students really did a good job on this big project. They had donation drives, garage sales, and etc for the past two months. I hope that we will be able to organize events like this in the future, considering the last minute work we ALWAYS do!
IT Presentation is over! Ms. Thong said that overall the class did a good job. She even recorded us! We warned her not to post the videos up on YouTube. >.<
Next assignment to worry about......ISA, which was post-poned from few weeks ago. And another project to worry about is our MOVIE!!! No wonder I've been having migrains for the past few days.
